CEO
Nathan Holm
Nathan is CEO and founder of LnUP, bringing a unique blend of business, innovation, and sport leadership experience to his role. Prior to LnUP he served as a collegiate and prep basketball coach, an executive in an interactive marketing start-up, and as VP of a national non-profit sports organization where he was tasked with revitalizing their business model and launching new travel clubs and programs.
Director of Operations
Will Blanton
Will is a founder and Director of Operations at LnUP. He has spent his career working in sports, product development, sales, and marketing. He began his career coaching soccer at the HS, club, and collegiate levels before joining Nathan in 2012 and developing and scaling travel volleyball and basketball clubs across the nation. Prior to launching LnUP, Will spent 7 years working in healthcare, serving as a Regional Sales Director.
Director of Brand Partnerships
Aaron Donalson
“AD” is a founder and Director of Brand Partnerships at LnUP. He is a former high school all-state football standout and pursued his football career at the University of Delaware and Sacred Heart University. He garnered attention with several contracts and tryouts for NFL and CFL teams. Aaron has had a successful career in Sales and Sports Marketing and is passionate about working with athletes, helping them develop skills both on and off the field.
Director of Client Services
Grayson Reames
Grayson Reames is a founder and the Director of Client Services at LnUP. He is a former D2 collegiate basketball athlete and has a lifelong connection with competitive sports. He's worked as the Director of Business Development for a prominent basketball streetwear organization and has collaborated with top names in athletic content creation. Post-graduation, Grayson continued his sports passion in both Sports Information and Marketing at his alma mater.

Social Media Manager
Kylee Lukes
Kylee, our Social Media Manager, is a graduate of Briar Cliff University where she double majored in Marketing and Business Administration. As a Dean's List student and standout softball player, she brings a winning combination of academic excellence and leadership to our team. With over two years as a Marketing Specialist at Action Coach Excel Edge and the founder of Siouxland Standout Softball Camp, her ultimate goal is to inspire others to achieve greatness.
Head of Public Relations
Miller Reames
Miller Reames is the Head of Public Relations for LnUP. She graduated from Jacksonville University with a major in Marketing and is continuing her education at JU with plans to receive an MBA in Spring 2025. Miller is a part of the D1 beach volleyball program at JU and has helped the program set countless records. She joined the LnUP team in June and continues to bring her love of storytelling and passion for brand building to work everyday.
Lead Designer
Karen Lano
Karen is our Lead Designer with over 20 years of industry experience. She brings a unique blend of creative problem-solving skills, expertise in industry-standard design software, and a track record of managing design projects from concept to completion. Karen excels in overseeing brand identity, apparel design, and digital media projects. She also works with our athletes and partners, maintaining strong client and vendor relations.
